 I have found that many people are interested in the

Your Marriage Workbook This is a 218 page workbook
for couples. Working through it individually or as a couple is
effective. It includes fill-in-the-blank questions and exercises
for each partner and as a couple. Couples planning on doing this
together should get two workbooks. Once completed, the workbook
serves as a way to continue tracking the growth of your relationship and
review progress in areas needing work. You should review the
material at least once or twice a year to get maximum
benefit. The material follows the DVD closely
(both of which are designed to be used as companions to the book).
